The mining rack railcar is an auxiliary transportation device that uses batteries or diesel engines as power sources, drives steel wheels and racks through electric motors or hydraulic motors, and runs on ordinary or special-shaped tracks. It can realize long-distance direct transportation of materials, personnel and large equipment without relocation.

According to the power output mode, it is divided into: Explosion-proof diesel engine rack rail car and Explosion-proof lithium battery rack rail car

2. Product Features


 

★ Four control modes: Locomotives can be controlled in the following ways: cab operation, remote control, long - distance operation, and unmanned operation.

Electronic fence: An electronic fence is automatically generated 5 to 10 meters in front of the locomotive. When an obstacle invades, the locomotive will automatically alarm and stop.

When turning, the locomotive slows down autonomously to ensure safe operation of the locomotive.

Road condition detection robot: First, a 16-line laser radar, AI camera recognition, slope recognition, ultrasonic radar and other road condition perception and data collection systems are used; second, an edge data processing center with algorithms is used to process big data; third, a data control system is built by PLC to implement classified control of the data system; the data from these three systems work together to realize the locomotive's intelligent detection of lane road conditions and track conditions.

Voice broadcast and alarm function: During operation, voice alarms are given for abnormal information that occurs in all road conditions and all working conditions of the locomotive, including starting and stopping, climbing, turning, switch opening and closing, safety protection, failure, road obstacles, lifting, warehousing, leaving the warehouse, oil shortage, power shortage and other twelve major information, which are actively broadcast by sound, light and voice.

Vehicle-mounted AI intelligent robot:By establishing an edge computing AI intelligent model and multi-sensor fusion algorithm, the operating conditions and operation of the locomotive are analyzed.When the locomotive encounters a bad working condition, it can automatically broadcast, self-diagnose, and self-report solutions; when encountering road obstacles, it can automatically alarm, self-decelerate, and automatically stop.

AI intelligent scheduling of clusters:Based on production needs, an AI intelligent scheduling model for underground locomotive groups is established to intelligently schedule the locomotive groups to improve operational efficiency and safety performance.

Device to prevent runaway cars in inclined lanes:It is the first in China to be equipped with a three-speed, one-slope anti-runaway device for locomotives in inclined lanes, which ensures safety protection for locomotives sliding when climbing hills and running away when going downhill.

Advanced manufacturing technology: The entire production process, from laser cutting → robot welding → five-axis machining center, has been controlled by information automation and intelligent manufacturing, fully realizing the welding and then machining of key locomotive components, one-time clamping and processing, with high dimensional accuracy, ensuring smooth operation of the locomotive.
