The platform collects and analyzes information on mining equipment through digital technologies such as industrial data collection,intelligent perception of IoT data,data cloud computing technology,and big data analysis,empowering full lifecycle monitoring and safe operation and maintenance of mining equipment in the form of microservice components and industrial apps.
The platform is used for real-time monitoring,operation warning,remote intelligent fault diagnosis,and digital operation and maintenance services of intelligent equipment for mining rail transportation.It also dispatches equipment operation and maintenance service personnel in real time through an industrial APP to promptly handle equipment failures,in order to improve the safety operation and maintenance guarantee of intelligent equipment for mining rail transportation.
The platform has been included in the list of 100 iconic projects of"Digital New Infrastructure"in Hunan Province.In May 2022,the platform passed provincial acceptance and became one of the 18"Industrial Internet Platforms of Hunan Province"in the province.The platform's industrial APP was selected as the"Excellent Industrial APP of Hunan Province in 2021".
