Mining monorail crane locomotive is an auxiliary transportation equipment that runs on a single track and is powered by a battery or diesel engine and driven by an electric motor, hydraulic motor or pneumatic motor. The monorail crane locomotive can transport materials, personnel and large equipment, and can achieve long-distance direct transportation without reloading.

Locomotives can be controlled in the following ways: cab operation, remote control, long-distance operation, and unmanned operation.

 

◆ Electronic fence

An electronic fence is automatically generated 5 to 10 meters in front of the locomotive. When an obstacle invades, the locomotive will automatically alarm and stop. When the locomotive goes uphill or turns, the locomotive will automatically slow down to ensure safe operation of the locomotive.

 

◆ Road condition detection robot

First, it adopts road condition perception and data collection systems such as laser radar, AI image recognition, slope recognition, and ultrasonic radar; second, it uses an edge data processing center with algorithms to process big data; third, PLC builds a data control system to implement classified control of the data system; the data of these three systems work together to realize the locomotive's intelligent detection of lane road conditions and track conditions, and achieve obstacle avoidance alarm, deceleration and parking.

Two-stage braking

It was the first in China to come standard with working brakes during normal operation and secondary safety brakes on the track when the inclined lane is operating abnormally, to prevent accidents such as the vehicle slipping uphill and running away downhill.

By establishing an edge computing AI intelligent model and multi-sensor fusion algorithm, the locomotive operating conditions and road conditions can be intelligently controlled. When the locomotive encounters a bad working condition, it can automatically broadcast, self-diagnose, and self-report solutions; when encountering road obstacles, it can automatically alarm, self-decelerate, and automatically stop.

Level L1 vehicle-following remote control unmanned driving, level L2 underground centralized control unmanned driving, level L3 ground remote control unmanned driving.

Based on production needs, an AI intelligent scheduling model for underground locomotive groups is established to intelligently schedule the locomotive groups to improve operational efficiency and safety performance.

 

◆ Anti-runaway device in inclined lane

It is the first in China to be equipped with a one-slope, three-speed monorail inclined lane anti- runaway device, which ensures the safety of locomotives slipping when climbing hills and running away when going downhill.

 

◆ Advanced manufacturing technology

The entire production process, from laser cutting to robot welding to five-axis machining center, has been controlled by information automation and intelligent manufacturing, fully realizing the welding and machining of key locomotive components, one-time clamping and molding, with high dimensional accuracy, ensuring smooth operation of the locomotive.
