Working Principle
The driving device is the power source of the endless rope continuous tractor, which is divided into two types: mechanical driving device and hydraulic driving device. The endless rope continuous tractor is powered by the driving device to drive the driving wheel to rotate. The wire rope is spirally wound to generate strong friction with the driving wheel, so that the wire rope has enough traction to pull the shuttle car to move. When the mine car transporting heavy objects is connected to the shuttle car, the purpose of transporting heavy objects can be achieved. The tensioning device provides a constant pre-tension to the traction wire rope to ensure the normal operation of the endless rope continuous tractor. In order to adapt to the undulating slope, a wheel group is configured along the way, which can prevent the vehicle from falling off the road when the wire rope is raised, and can also prevent the wire rope from rubbing against the bottom plate of the roadway. The wheel group is divided into a rope pressing wheel group, a rope supporting wheel group, a rope supporting and pressing wheel group, a turning wheel group, etc. The tail wheel is fixed at the terminal of the endless rope continuous tractor to support the reaction force of the entire system and at the same time play a role in reversing the wire rope.
